Meeting- 3/3....6:30-8

Hello...
Just a simple reminder that our meeting is Wednesday 3/3 ... the time is changed to 6:30-8....

We will be discussing various upcoming items & events..

1 event we will be discussing is Encampment Weekend. Camp Hoover...
It's 6/4, 6/5 & 6/6....we have decided that we will only be going for the day on 6/5-- more details to follow...

BUT, we need to have a head count by 4/1. Therefore, if you think your daughter will be able to attend Encampment on 6/5 for the day, please let us know. The theme this year is the Olympic Games and we hope to be working with a younger troop at Encampment...We will give the girls all the details at the meeting on Wednesday...
